Armchair cleaning in Hong Kong, priced per chair. Deep extraction and steam disinfection for occasional chairs, reading chairs and accent seating.
From $450.00
Book ServiceAn armchair takes concentrated wear. One person, the same seat, every evening. The result is a chair that soils faster per square metre than the sofa beside it, with the arms and headrest darkening first from skin contact and hair product.
We clean the full chair: seat, back, arms, headrest, sides and the front panel below the cushion. Cushions are treated on both faces. The process is pre-spray, agitation, hot water extraction, then high-pressure steam at 140 degrees to sanitise.
Two sizes. Small covers a standard occasional or dining armchair. Large covers wide-seat, wing-back and heavily padded lounge chairs. If you are unsure which applies, send a photo on WhatsApp and we will confirm before booking.
We use an Ecolab French upholstery solution, safe around people and pets. Your chair will be damp afterwards, so run the air conditioning with doors closed until it dries. Velvet, linen and feather-filled chairs need extra care, and any specialist cleaning instruction on the manufacturer’s label should be passed to us before we start.
Our minimum booking is HK$1,200 for the visit, and that is across any mix of services rather than armchairs alone. Most are cleaned alongside a sofa or a set of dining chairs in the same appointment.
A four-step clean. Skip any one of these and the result underperforms.
Applied to marked areas and left to dwell, breaking the bond between soil and fibre.
Worked through the pile so the solution reaches the base of the weave, not just the top.
Solution injected deep, then dirt and water drawn back out an instant later in the same pass.
4.2 bar of high-pressure steam kills dust mites, mould, mildew and bacteria on contact.
