Carpet Cleaning in Hong Kong

Fitted carpet is the largest soil reservoir in a home. Every step grinds grit down toward the backing, and because the carpet is fixed, it never gets the shake-out that a loose rug receives. Vacuuming removes the surface layer only.

Stairs priced individually

Stairs wear faster than any other carpeted area and are priced per stair, so you pay for exactly what you have. Landings are priced separately by size, under or over 1.5 metres in length. Count the treads, not the risers, when estimating.

Accredited process

We are a member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and a WoolSafe Approved Service Provider. On wool carpet that accreditation matters, because an incorrect solution will felt the pile permanently. Our process runs pre-spray, agitation, hot water extraction and steam disinfection at 4.2 bar.

Stairs and access

Stairwells are awkward and the machinery is heavy, so tell us your floor and whether there is lift access when you book. It changes how we plan the visit.

Drying

Carpet holds the most water of anything we clean and needs the longest drying window. Keep the air conditioning running with doors closed, avoid walking the area in outdoor shoes until dry, and use a dehumidifier if you have one.

Our minimum booking is HK$1,200 for the visit, across any mix of services. A staircase and landing together will usually cover it.
