Professional sofa cleaning in Hong Kong. Hot water extraction and high-pressure steam that lifts stains, dust and odours out of the fabric, not just off the surface.
From $899.00
Book ServiceA sofa absorbs more than any other piece of furniture in a Hong Kong home. Body oils, food, pet dander and the dust that settles in humid months all work their way into the weave, where vacuuming cannot reach. Surface cleaning moves that soil around. It does not remove it.
Our extractor injects cleaning solution deep into the upholstery and draws the dirt and water back out an instant later, in the same pass. Water temperature is matched to the fabric, cold, warm or hot, with hot giving the strongest result on stains and ground-in grime. Steam then follows at 4.2 bar and 140 degrees centigrade to disinfect, killing dust mites, mould, mildew and bacteria on contact.
Pre-spray stain remover, agitation, hot water extraction, then steam. Skip any one of those steps and the clean underperforms. We use an Ecolab French upholstery solution throughout, safe around children and pets.
This is a wet process. Your sofa will feel damp, much like fabric out of a washing machine. Leave the air conditioning running, keep doors closed, and use a dehumidifier if you have one. That gives the fastest dry.
Check your manufacturer’s label for specialist cleaning requirements and tell us. Feather-filled sofas and strongly coloured fabrics carry a risk of dye transfer and need extra precaution.
Priced by size, from two-seat through to 3×3. Our minimum booking is HK$1,200 for the visit, across any mix of services, which a sofa clean covers on its own in most sizes.
A four-step clean. Skip any one of these and the result underperforms.
Applied to marked areas and left to dwell, breaking the bond between soil and fibre.
Worked through the pile so the solution reaches the base of the weave, not just the top.
Solution injected deep, then dirt and water drawn back out an instant later in the same pass.
