About the AirconPro Summer Apprenticeship
This is a structured, paid training programme for 17 to 19 year olds who want to learn air conditioning servicing from the ground up.
The programme runs for eight weeks across July and August. You work on real jobs with experienced technicians and you are paid for your time. No prior HVAC knowledge is needed.
AirconPro is part of Proclean Hong Kong, which serves homes and businesses across the city. The technicians you learn from hold formal HVAC qualifications and manufacturer certifications. Read about the qualifications and training behind the team.

On Site with Experienced Technicians
Apprentices are paired with senior technicians and join them on real service calls across Hong Kong, in homes, offices, shops and schools.
You start by observing and assisting, then take on supervised tasks as your skills grow. That is how the trade is learned in practice.

The Skills You Will Build
Eight weeks on site gives you confident, safe use of core tools, including multimeters and manifold gauge sets, and the ability to carry out routine maintenance under supervision.
You also learn how to behave professionally in clients' homes and workplaces: punctuality, tidy work areas, clear communication and teamwork.
You finish with documented site hours and a professional reference. That is a strong base for further study with the Vocational Training Council or trade training through the Construction Industry Council.
