Pre & Post Tenancy

Our Pre & Post tenancy clean services are much the same as our post construction cleans. However, they involve a complete clean of your property ready for handing over to your landlord or before you start your tenancy giving you complete piece of mind that the property has be sanitised, sterilised and feels fresh and revitalised.

We come into the property after your belongings are removed or before you move in to do this cleaning. However, we can still provide carpet cleaning, aircon and upholstery cleaning if the property needs it. We also clean the fridge, freezer and oven to a very high standard. And any places commonly missed in regular cleaning like skirting boards, kitchen cupboards and behind the toilet extraction fans, curtains, windows etc, this is a detailed clean and sanitation process.

To ensure the cleaning is done to the highest standards required, our team use comprehensive deep sanitation check list. We know requirements of inventory clerks and provided a detailed clean of your property when you move in or out.
