Jet washing in Hong Kong for balconies, terraces, rooftops and outdoor paving. High-pressure cleaning that strips back years of algae and grime.
Outdoor surfaces in Hong Kong face a harder year than most. Months of humidity feed algae and black mould in the pores of concrete and stone, monsoon rain drives dirt into the surface, and the salt air on the coast adds its own layer. The result is a terrace that looks permanently grey.
Pressure is set to the material. Concrete and granite paving take the full setting. Painted render, composite decking and older tile take considerably less, because too much pressure will lift the coating or open the joint. We test an unseen corner first.
Balconies, terraces, rooftops, driveways, external stairs, garden paving and building frontage. Drainage gullies are flushed as part of the job, since a blocked outlet is the usual reason a terrace floods in a storm.
Jet washing throws water and debris a long way. Clear furniture and plants where you can, and tell us about any neighbouring balcony below, since run-off has to be managed. Windows and doors on the working side need to be closed.
Priced per job by area and condition. Send photos on WhatsApp for an estimate, and tell us your floor and whether there is lift access.
Our minimum booking is HK$1,200 for the visit, across any mix of services.
A four-step clean. Skip any one of these and the result underperforms.
Applied to marked areas and left to dwell, breaking the bond between soil and fibre.
Worked through the pile so the solution reaches the base of the weave, not just the top.
Solution injected deep, then dirt and water drawn back out an instant later in the same pass.
